I am one of the owner. The builder promises lot of things before you pay. Once paid the advance, the color changes. No communication at all. Sends notices only when they want money. Collected a corpus fund of 1 lakh additionally without which the goons did not allow us to register.

Very good builder. Nice building elevation, walking space, pool is great. Building quality is very good. Location is excellent for people working in Manyata tech park.

One hundred meters of approach road does not have any surrounding buildings
Piped gas is available but big families need extra cylinder and HP gas do not give unlimited gas
