TANSIDCO to develop industrial parks at Suriyur

TANSIDCO will develop two MSME industrial parks at Suriyur, including a women entrepreneurs park and a medical equipment park, near Tiruchi.

  • TANSIDCO has taken possession of 30 acres assigned by the Revenue Department at Suriyur.
  • The women’s industrial park will come up on 10 acres at a cost of ₹3.13 crore.
  • The medical technology park will come up on 5 acres at a cost of ₹2.06 crore.
  • Infrastructure such as roads, street lights, water supply and other amenities is expected to be developed in 3 to 6 months.
  • After common infrastructure is ready, plots will be allotted to entrepreneurs and sold to allottees.
  • The site is near the SIPCOT industrial estate and the upcoming new Central Prison.
