Supertech Emrald court has best location but equally bad repution due to bad Builder. It is located in sector 93 A. It is a corner plot, two side open. It is in-front of 42 acre Park. But at the same time, maintenance is poor. Some new construction is happening and some flats has sea-page problem. Although, Now a days, Builder is investing good money and trying to improve seepage and maintenance problems. Prices are almost 30% less than other near by societies. Can be proved as "good value for money".

  • Poor maintenance and Seepage problem.
