I'm a resident of HSR Layout splendid Royale and it's a partnership deed project. As usual both Builder and landlord end up with conflict. As a owner I'm suffering with all pending issues. So be very carefully with both these parties.

Delivered on time but construction quality not adhered to.
All issues get aggravated due to unresponsiveness from builder Splendid Group. Waterlogging has already started at many places in the building. In addition, not paying the garbage contractor has made him ignore the property, leading to really bad garbage accumulation.
