Sir M Vishweshwaraiah Layout is formed by BDA ( Bengaluru Development Authority) and has good roads/
Connectivity .
Has all basic facilities like schools,colleges,bus stop,shopping area.
Clear titles and bank loan available from Nationalised Banks

Kommaghatta Lake sewage problem gets official attention

Bangalore officials visit Kommaghatta Lake to address residents' complaints about stagnant sewage water and foul odours affecting the locality.

Residents of Kommaghatta, SMV Layout and surrounding areas complained to Yeshwanthapura MLA ST Somashekhar about stagnant sewage water and bad odours from Kommaghatta Lake and an idol immersion pond. The MLA, along with Bangalore Development Authority, Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board, and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike authorities, visited the site on Saturday. Residents reported health concerns, particularly for senior citizens. The MLA directed Panchayat officials to demolish the idol immersion pond. A BDA engineer stated the lake falls under BBMP's jurisdiction. Residents urged authorities to drain dirty water and stop sewage from entering the lake before it becomes a serious health hazard.
