SKC Jeevan Aathish is a very worst in construction as well as customer handling. They are keen on getting the money from you but never start the work. We paid full amount and it’s been now more than 2 and half year they didn't hand over the flat. It’s not only me who experience this, in the apartment there are some families moved in, ask their story. Please before booking, go to the place and speak/discuss with other home owner and then plan to buy.
Even after daily follow up, still my flat is not hand over.
