Shyamnagar's geographical location is very good. You can find serene environment. It is situated between Kalyani Expressway and Hooghly River. One can reach airport within 50 minutes through Kalyani Expressway and Hooghly district within 10 minutes by ferry services and Sealdah Railway station within 40 minutes by train. It is developing day by day.
Marketplace is very good.
You can find good doctors anytime.

  • Roads of some places are in bad condition but now everywhere road is being repaired.

Shyamnagar is a very lovely place situated near river Ganges. Shyamnagar station only 30 kilometer sealdaha station.

As a heritage place of west Bengal, Shyamnagar is one of them due to establishment of Kalibari located at the river of Ganga. As connectivity of Kolkatta and Kalayni both are equal distance connetivity by local train.
