Shivaji Nagar is having property located Just Behind Rahul theater, On the first floor with lift, the property is exclusive one on each floor, The apartment has only 4 floors with exclusive parking for each floor, 24 hr water supply 24 hr security lift access to all floors, Clean Environment, Property has been kept neat and clean with proper maintenance, good plantation has been done around the area, monthly and annually, it is of a 3 BHK size property. Offset of approx 40 Meters is there from the road which gives a quite and noise free environment to work. Painting and restoration work from the existing occupant will be done prior to the giving out to the new occupant.
