Launched 2017, nine 15-storey towers with 1,320 flats total. Authority allotted 400 flats to CISF personnel for Noida International Airport and 30 to NDRF's 8th Battalion. Nearly 350 flats currently vacant. Scheme re-launched February 2026, deadline extended June 2026 due to poor response. On 3 September, 90 units with 83.4 sqm carpet area and 104.7 sqm super area put to auction at reserve price Rs 73.2-74.3 lakh depending on floor. Only five people expressed interest. Authority will now offer remaining units on first-come, first-served basis. Site inspection found large-scale seepage, corroded pipes, chipped concrete on balconies and walls, garbage and construction debris in parking lots, waterlogged basement with drain water accumulation. Park waterlogged with overgrown grass, basement parking locked and deserted. Residents complained of poor maintenance despite Authority development, lack of regular sweeping, and incomplete amenities including planned club, gym and commercial shops.

Greater Noida Authority is set to conduct an e-auction of 90 flats in Sector Omicron 1A on January 28, 2026. The reserve price of the flats is fixed between Rs 73.2 lakh and Rs 74.3 lakh, depending on the floor.

Greater Noida has floated tenders for 39 projects worth nearly ₹43 crore. A U-turn is planned ahead of Tilpata roundabout on the road connecting Greater Noida to Greater Noida West; construction is expected to take around three months. The tender process is expected to finish within a month.

Other works include resurfacing internal roads in Knowledge Park-I; drain repairs and covering and CC road repairs in Badalpur; road and civic infrastructure upgrades in Adarsh Vihar Society; development works in Thapkhera and Surajpur village settlements; and cremation-ground construction and renovation in Haldoni and Roza Jalalpur.

Sector P-3 will get a renovated shopping complex and grass paver blocks along a 24-metre-wide road. Landscaping and grass-grid work is planned along a 24-metre road in Knowledge Park-I. Science laboratories will be established in schools in Chipiyana Buzurg, Haibatpur Achheja, Milak Lachhi, Vaidpura, Sunpura, Dhoom Manikpur, Roopvas, Kailashpur, Dankaur, Surajpur and Bulandkhera. Electrical works include electrification and LED streetlights in Ecotech-10 and along SK Road from Kasna to Sirsa rotary. Jaitpur-Vaishpur villages will receive water-supply and pump-house repairs under the model village development programme.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) approved a three-lane RCC bridge over the Hawalia drain near the Sector P-3 roundabout, replacing an old, narrow structure. The irrigation department will carry out the work at an estimated cost of ₹7 crore. The bridge will be 25 metres long and 10.5 metres wide, with its height raised by at least three metres to match the existing bridge connecting the P-3 roundabout with Omega 1.

The project is expected to improve travel between Knowledge Park, the Noida Expressway, Pari Chowk, Swarn Nagari and the Yamuna Expressway. GNIDA’s CEO gave final approval, and senior manager Manoj Sachan said an MoU had been signed with the irrigation department. Its headquarters’ approval is pending before tendering. Officials expect completion within one year. The existing road flooded with sewer water during the recent monsoon; the old bridge is low, narrow and unsafe, and congestion is common during peak hours.

Starting June 1, Greater Noida Zone 5 residents must separate wet and dry waste at source. Greater Noida authority signed seven-year contract with Feedback Foundation NGO for door-to-door collection across residential sectors: Sigma 1, 2, 3, 4; Sector 36, 37; Swarn Nagari; Sector P-3, P-4; Chi-3, Chi-4; Phi-3, Phi-4. Greater Noida has estimated population of 1.2 million across 95 sectors and 124 villages. NGO will conduct awareness drives to guide residents on waste management. Officials stated if initiative proves effective, it could expand citywide. Waste segregation at household level reduces vector-borne disease risk, keeps public spaces cleaner, and improves quality of life.
