Sentossa Greenland and Sentossa Neem Land (project by Satyam Developers), Apple woods project, Projects by GAlA and SAFAL (Safal Parisar 1 & 2) are located on a calm and peaceful area of S.P.Ring road.
S.P.Ring road is well connected to the city area. One can easily get to their city area destination within half an hour. Its a traffic free and also pollution free area. It is covered under R2 or R3 Zone, so no high rise buildings constructed at this area. So one can enjoy sunlight and fresh airy atmosphere at S.P.Ring road.

Pros:
  • Easy connectivity via public as well private transportation
  • Most peaceful and silent area of Ahmedabad
  • Very well developing area
  • Traffic and pollution free area
Cons:
  • Very far from super mall and multiplexes
  • One has to travel more to reach East Ahmedabad
  • No highrise buildings, so very less corporate culture
