-and recent Pros of this district is that, Telangana's approved Peripheral(Regional) Ring Road is passing through Sangareddy.
-Peaceful Area to Live-in.
-40mint ride from Gachibowli IT Park.
-Right Beside Of NH65

Hyderabad's residential registrations jumped 32% month-on-month to 6,179 properties in February 2026, valued at Rs 4,139 crore, with premium homes above Rs 1 crore dominating.

Total residential property registrations in Hyderabad: 6,179 in February 2026, up 32% month-on-month and 3% year-on-year. Registration value: Rs 4,139 crore, up 42% month-on-month and 5% year-on-year.

Premium segment (above Rs 1 crore): 18% of total registrations, 48% of total value, up 6% YoY.

Affordable segment (below Rs 50 lakh): up 7% YoY.

Mid-segment (Rs 50 lakh–Rs 1 crore): down 7% YoY; share of registrations fell from 26% to 23%; share of transaction value fell from 28% to 25%.

Property sizes: 1,000–2,000 sq ft accounted for 66% of registrations; above 2,000 sq ft made up 16%.

Key IT micro-markets: Gachibowli, Nanakramguda, Gaganpahad, Narsingi, Kondapur continued to anchor premium housing demand.
