High class residence area.
Recently this area is mainly focused for commercially development. Because of this reason, HDFC has shifted their head branch to Sadarbazar. The only largest Pantanjali shop is located in this area.
This area has more than 15 main hospitals of satara city and Satara district hospital. So there is always good transport available and is well connected to NH 4 (Pune-Bangalore Highway).
New apartments are being constructed here.
