Noida authority has given permission to process registries of at least 13,600 flats in 35 stalled housing projects after developers gave written consent to pay land dues. Total developer dues: ₹2,000 crore; amount developers agreed to pay: ₹552 crore (25% as per Uttar Pradesh government policy; developers get penal interest credit for two Covid-19 years). Projects eligible for registries include: The Hyde Park (Sector 78), Prateek Fedora (Sector 61), Apex Dream Homes (Sector 75), Gulshan Homes (Sector 144), Divine Meadows (Sector 108), Golf Avenue (Sector 75), Elite Homes (Sector 77), Gulshan Botnia (Sector 144), Mahagun Moderne (Sector 78), Sunshine Helios (Sector 78), Sunworld (Sector 107), PAN Realtors (Sector 70), ATS Township (Sector 104), Omaxe Buildwell (Sector 93B) and others. 12 realtors have already paid dues and obtained permission for registry of around 1,200 apartments. Of 57 developers, 37 have given consent to pay. 3,200 apartments registry process begun. Noida authority organising registry camps at housing complexes from 1 March; first camp at Express Zenith Society community hall, Sector 77.
