Parijat Vatica is conceived by group of friends, in order to have cost effective house affordable to all. Idea is to make available facilities which are must. We are not able to provide for house to children & unable to provide old age facilities. These are taken care in the project.

Ameneties and Specifications:

• Layout & sub division approved by town planning department & the collector.
• Separate 7/12 extract for each bungalow
• All whether tar road up to site
• All bungalows in the layout are facing East or West
• Well demarcated plots with compound wall on all four sides (for constructed bungalow)
• Earthquake proof RCC construction
• Kitchen to have L shaped granite platform with kota stone flooring
• 2' RCC loaft in kitchen
• Other rooms to have marble/vitrified tiles
• ceramic tile flooring in toilets
• Full height tiles in toilets
• Main door shall be of good quality seasoned wood or suitable alternative
• Reaming doors will have FRP panels or flush doors
• MSEB electric supply
• Requisite MSEB transformer is being commissioned on site
• Water supply through giant overhead water supply tank of grampanchayat under the water supply scheme on river Page, having 365 day TATA power dam water.
