Niho Marvel Scottish Garden is East Facing & Park Facing, Complete wood work in both bedrooms, Modular kitchen with pipeline gas facility, RO Water System Installed. Good Location with Open Parking facility. 24 Hrs Power back up facility. Real Wooden flooring in Master bedroom, Premium vitrified flooring in other bedrooms. In built wooden almirahs in all rooms. All rooms fitted with tube lights, chandeliers and fans.

Good atmosphere for living

Marvel is not ready for years and will not be ready for many more years. Buyers have paid full amount as early as in 2008. They are fooling them. Every time they will tell that the construction work will start in next 15 days. It is 5 years now and still no progress.

No progress in 5 years

Pathetic management I would say. We have been following with the marketing person for possession for the last 2 years but no response at all. We are really tired of calling the sales person Lokesh Sharma for our IndiraPuram flat but not getting the proper response from him. So I would request you all please think before going ahead with Niho as taking a possession is a big time pain. We own a flat in K block in Indrapuram. Wish we could get it soon.
