Asking prices in Diva and Kasarvadavali
Asking prices on PropertyWala put apartments in Diva at about ₹7,076 per sq ft (2025 Q4 to 2026 Q3), up 16.5% from the year before.1 Thane averages ₹13,533, making Diva about 48% cheaper.
In Kasarvadavali, apartments averaged about ₹13,897 per sq ft (2025 Q3 to 2026 Q2), up 12.7% and level with the Thane average of ₹13,803. Kalwa is dearer, at about ₹15,272, or about 13% above the city average.
