TDI invests for budget homes

TDI to Invest ₹1,000 Crore in Affordable NCR Housing

TDI is gearing up to invest ₹1,000 crore in the development of affordable housing units within the National Capital Region (NCR) over the next three years. This ambitious plan comes on the heels of a resurgence in housing demand. TDI's Managing Director, Kamal Taneja, stated, “The demand for homes is coming back slowly”.

Recent Success Fuels Further Development

TDI recently experienced significant success with the launch of 350 residential units in Kundli. The company asserts that all these units were sold within a single month. Building on this momentum, TDI is poised to launch an additional 350 homes in Kundli this weekend. This area, situated approximately 35 kilometers from central Delhi, is becoming a hotspot for affordable housing options.

Project Details

The upcoming project will feature 900 square feet independent floor homes, with prices ranging between ₹16.50 lakh and ₹19.50 lakh. This development underscores TDI's commitment to meeting the growing demand for affordable housing solutions in the NCR region.
