Noida to Receive 300 M. Tall Brys Residential Tower

Brys Group has announced its ambitious plan to commence construction on the impressive Brys Tower, which will soar 300 meters above the ground in Noida, starting from January 2013.

This venture introduces yet another significant residential project to Noida, illustrating the escalating land scarcity in the region.

Brys Tower Noida

As one of Delhi's premier real estate developers, Brys Group is poised to launch this monumental residential tower, indicating a positive direction for Noida's real estate market. With land for larger residential projects becoming increasingly hard to come by, the Brys Tower symbolizes the emergence of new residential development standards in Noida.

Upon its completion, Brys Tower is set to become not just one of the tallest residential buildings in Noida but also the tallest structure in the entire National Capital Region (NCR). Nestled in Sector 150, this towering project promises to set new heights in residential living.

Expected to be ready for occupancy within just four years, the project is projected to draw an investment of around र 1000 crore. Company officials reveal that Brys Tower will feature 285 luxurious apartments along with some exquisite villas.

Mr. Rahul Gaur, the Chairman of Brys Group, expressed that the aim is to cater to high-profile professionals, including CEOs and CFOs, who seek a lifestyle that aligns with international standards. He emphasized that Brys Tower will be an optimal choice for those aspiring to maintain an upscale lifestyle.

Previously successful with residential projects in NCR under his first company Gaursons, Mr. Gaur is now steering the Brys Group towards innovative endeavors.

Spanning over approximately 10 acres, Brys Tower will consist of G+81 floors. The Chairman pinpointed land acquisition challenges as critical concerns, noting that land is dwindling in availability. He advocates for vertical building solutions as the most efficient response to prevailing real estate dilemmas.

This launch marks the second high-rise of its kind in Noida, following the similar height Supertech Tower, which debuted in 2011 as Supertech Supernova in Sector 94.

According to a real estate analyst, the growing resale troubles are likely to deter short-term investors from entering the market. High apartment costs could pose as a barrier, hindering resale opportunities. Addressing these financial hurdles, Mr. Gaur clarified that the group's focus is not on short-term investors but rather on end-users seeking quality living.

Brys Group's offerings will encompass a range of apartments and villas, varying in size from 3 BHK to 6 BHK, with prospective prices ranging from र 3 to 9 crore.

Mr. Gaur reiterated the project's initiation is slated for January 2013, with completion anticipated by 2016.
