LDA Opens Registration for Aishbagh Square, 384 Luxury 3-BHK Flats Near Charbagh

LDA Opens Registration for Aishbagh Square, 384 Luxury 3-BHK Flats Near CharbaghThe Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has approved Aishbagh Square, a luxury residential complex with four 27-storey towers and 384 three-bedroom flats priced from ₹1.11 crore. Registration opened on January 29, the authority said.

What the scheme offers

Each flat measures around 1,900 sq ft, according to the LDA. Registration runs until February 28, after which flats will be allotted by lottery, the authority said.

The complex is planned near Charbagh railway station and a metro station. Amenities include a swimming pool and a clubhouse, with parking for more than 600 vehicles, the LDA said.

Construction is targeted for completion within three years, with possession within five years, the authority said.

Who it affects

The scheme is aimed at buyers looking for large apartments in the older rail-side belt of the city. Until now, the LDA's recent premium launches have been in Gomti Nagar Extension.

The Indiatimes reported in January 2026 that the LDA's Narmada Apartment1 in Gomtinagar Extension Sector 4 offers 3-BHK-plus-study flats of about 2,100 sq ft, priced from ₹1.4 crore. It has the same three-year construction and five-year possession timelines.

LDA-run schemes allot homes by lottery. Buyers who are not selected do not get a flat, so registering does not guarantee a purchase.

Aishbagh and the surrounding area

Aishbagh is about 4 km by road from Charbagh, according to PropertyWala's Aishbagh page. Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport is about 13 km away, while Phoenix United Mall is about 7 km away.

Schools and hospitals within roughly 2 km include Exon Mont. Inter College and Chandra Maternity and Urological Centre. No homes are listed in Aishbagh at the moment, so there is no current asking rate for the locality to compare with the new scheme. The nearby localities of Alambagh, Matiyari and Lalbagh have listings.

The LDA board has also approved layout changes for Aishbagh. ETRealty reported in March 2026 that the changes were cleared at the authority's 187th board meeting, along with a ₹5,148 crore budget for 2026-27.

Transport links

Metro Rail Today reported in September 2026 that five firms bid for the ₹1,878 crore Charbagh-Chowk underground section of Lucknow Metro Phase 1B. The section is about 6.70 km long and has seven underground stations.

The report said the successful contractor will be chosen after the project authority completes its technical and financial evaluation.

What to watch next

The LDA has said allotment will be by lottery after registration closes on February 28. Buyers can follow the draw date and construction schedule on the authority's website. More on the city is available on PropertyWala's Lucknow page.
