With the entry of Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) into the Noida real estate sector, living in Noida is poised to become more advanced and high-tech. The company intends to develop a golf-centric township located in Greater Noida's Sector 27.
This modern golf township, expanding across 100 acres, will have approximately 370,000 square meters of economically valuable area. This significant township will include a 9-hole golf course and a village, along with other essential lifestyle amenities. This project benefits from its prime location near Pari Chowk, providing convenient access to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. In addition, it is situated near an upcoming metro station and knowledge parks.
GPL announced its launch into the Noida Real Estate market in January. This marks Godrej's initial project in Greater Noida and their seventh endeavor within the broader NCR region. Over the five years since entering the NCR real estate market, GPL has become a respected market leader in Gurgaon, and anticipates replicating this success in other parts of the NCR.
