County Group to Invest Rs 1,800 Crore in Jade County at Wave City, GhaziabadCounty Group, an NCR-based developer, has acquired 13.3 acres in the Wave City township in Ghaziabad to build Jade County, a residential project with a revenue target of Rs 1,800 crore, SiliconIndia reported in June 2025.

The project will have about 1,000 homes across roughly 3 million sq ft of saleable area, the report said. It is planned as an IGBC Pre-Certified Gold development, with delivery starting in 2030 in phases.

Indiatimes reported in May 2025 that the company paid about Rs 400 crore for the land on NH24. The homes will come in four configurations, it said.

What it means for buyers

Wave City homebuyers have another large under-construction option. On the company’s stated schedule, the first homes are about four years away.

Indiatimes noted that the site is close to the operational Hindon Airport and the planned Jewar International Airport. It described Wave City NH24 as a 4,200-acre township. The report also said Wave Group has sold land to about six developers, who together plan roughly 15 million sq ft.

County Group completed over 4 million sq ft across three projects in 2024, Indiatimes reported. These are Coco County in Greater Noida West, and Ivy County and County 107 in Noida.
