Pune Welcomes New Affordable Housing Project by Acron Infra
Acron Infra Project, a Mumbai-based developer, is undertaking the construction of a substantial residential complex in Karvenagar, Pune, a mere three-hour drive from Mumbai. This expansive project encompasses 2,800 apartments nestled within a lush 24-acre green campus, emphasizing affordability and comfortable living. The Director of Acron Group confirmed that the INR 800 crore project will be financed through a combination of internal accruals and bookings.
Phased Development and Apartment Details
The development will unfold in six phases. The initial phase, slated for completion within 18 months, will feature four 25-storey buildings housing 800 apartments. Two-bedroom units, spanning 900 sq ft, are priced between INR 6,000-7,000 per sq ft, translating to an estimated cost of INR 40 lakh to INR 50 lakh. It's important to note that registration and stamp duty charges will be borne by the buyer.
Targeting the Upper Middle Class
Designed with the upper middle class in mind, these eco-friendly apartments aim to provide comfortable and reasonably priced housing in a prime city location. The complex itself promises an array of modern amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, dedicated areas for jogging and children's play, all enveloped by verdant surroundings.
