MUMBAI: The initial two days of the MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013 witnessed a remarkable turnout, as numerous potential buyers visited the property showcase. This level of interest suggests that the sluggish state of the realty market has not significantly diminished demand.

Approximately 25,000 interested buyers attended the property fair on Friday, energizing the builders attending the event.

Over 15,000 residential properties from across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) are featured in this four-day fair. Properties are on display from areas including Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Thane.

Attendees demonstrated notable interest in properties situated in Dombivli and Andheri as well. Major developers like Gundecha, Hubtown, and Lodha have projects in these areas.

Investors seeking investment opportunities have also shown up at the fair, with Panvel and Thane emerging as popular choices among them.

A significant portion of the properties displayed at the MCHI-CREDAI Property Expo 2013 is being offered with discounts; however, some prices for specific projects have remained unchanged.
