Dubai Properties displayed at Mumbai Extravaganza aiming Indian Investor

Dubai Properties, a leading master real estate developer, recently participated in the prestigious luxury event, ‘Mumbai Extravaganza 2008’, held in Mumbai, India. This event allowed the developer to present its latest portfolio of real estate projects, with a highlight on the newly announced ‘Mudon’ project, to an exclusive audience comprising high-net-worth individuals and esteemed conglomerates.

According to Mohamed Binbrek, the CEO of Dubai Properties, the Mumbai Extravaganza served as an invaluable platform to provide investors with immediate insights into the latest developments from Dubai Properties. He also pointed out that engaging with this vibrant market allows them to introduce their new projects to potential investors.

He highlighted the fact that Indian nationals represent one of the largest segments of investors in the thriving real estate landscape of Dubai. In 2007, the investments made by Indian nationals in Dubai’s real estate sector amounted to Dh4 billion, and over the last decade, this figure has escalated to an impressive total of Dh6.5 billion. Notably, while a significant portion of these buyers were Indians residing in the UAE, approximately 10% were based in India or elsewhere, underscoring the strong demand for Dubai real estate even from those outside the UAE.
