CREDAI Hyderabad Held Property Show at Hitex With 'Permanent Ho Jao' Theme

CREDAI Hyderabad Held Property Show at Hitex With 'Permanent Ho Jao' Theme The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Hyderabad held its Property Show 2026 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre from February 6 to 8, under the theme 'Permanent Ho Jao', reported in December 2025.

What the show offered buyers

The association said the theme aimed to encourage homebuyers to buy a home in Hyderabad and settle in the city for the long term. The venue had separate zones for families, senior citizens and other visitors, the association said.

Only RERA-approved projects from CREDAI Hyderabad member developers were on display, according to Deccan Chronicle. These included apartments, villas, plotted developments and office spaces. This meant buyers could view projects that had already been registered with the state regulator.

CREDAI Hyderabad president N Jaideep Reddy said infrastructure work and land auctions by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) and the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) were supporting the market, the report said. He said this pointed to strong demand in growth corridors such as Kokapet, Neopolis, Raidurg and Bachupally. reported on February 8 that the second day of the show had drawn heavy interest.

What PropertyWala's data shows

PropertyWala's figures are asking prices from listings, not prices at which homes actually sold. Across Hyderabad, flats were listed at about ₹10,893 per sq ft between the fourth quarter of 2025 and the third quarter of 2026.

In Kokapet, flats were listed at about ₹11,385 per sq ft over the same period, 4.5% above the city figure and 15.6% higher than the year before. Most homes listed there are apartments, with some independent houses. The yearly average asking rate for flats in Kokapet rose from ₹7,679 per sq ft in 2023 to ₹10,241 per sq ft in 2025. Over the same years, the city figure rose faster, from ₹5,817 to ₹8,919.

Bachupally is less expensive. Flats there were listed at about ₹8,928 per sq ft over the same period, 18% below the city figure. Bachupally also has more variety than Kokapet, with independent houses and residential plots alongside apartments. Its yearly average asking rate for flats rose from ₹5,673 per sq ft in 2023 to ₹7,968 per sq ft in 2025. For Raidurg, the data is too limited to show how prices have moved.

What comes next

CREDAI Hyderabad has since held a second edition of the show, from August 28 to 30, which drew about 36,000 visitors, reported in August. At the event, Reddy asked the government to remove or reduce the 10% building-permit mortgage, the report said.

However, a different group is organising the next event at the same venue. The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) Telangana plans to hold its 15th Property Show at Hitex from October 10 to 12, Telangana Today reported in July.
