Marathon Nextgen Realty announces three residential towers in Bhandup with total project value of ₹370 crore and 2.2 lakh sq. ft. of saleable carpet area.

Key facts

Marathon Nextgen Realty Ltd announced launch of three residential towers in Mumbai's Bhandup on November 13 with total project value of ₹370 crore.

New residential project within 6.5-acre Neo Park layout spans 5,100 sq. m offering 1.2 lakh sq. ft. saleable carpet area with GDV of ₹200 crore. Second tower of Neovalley Narmada and third tower of Neo Park Ashoka add 1 lakh sq. ft. saleable carpet area with GDV of ₹170 crore.

Total launch: approximately 2.2 lakh sq. ft. residential space with combined GDV of ₹370 crore under Neohomes category.

Marathon has delivered over 700 Neohomes in Bhandup. Neosquare received OC; next phase nearing completion.

Bhandup supported by connectivity and infrastructure including Goregaon–Mulund Link Road and upcoming Shangrila Metro Station.
