Agra plans to widen Kheria Morh–Malpura Road to six lanes ahead of the new Dhanauli civil airport, which is being built for ₹570 crore.

- Kheria Morh–Malpura Road, also known as Agra–Jagner Road, is proposed for six-laning to ease airport access and congestion. Drainage will be improved, shops organised and both sides beautified; efforts will be made to preserve existing trees.
- The new civil enclave in Dhanauli is under construction at a cost of about ₹570 crore and will handle 1,400 passengers at a time. It will have 19 check-in counters, DigiYatra and self-check-in facilities, and an apron accommodating nine aircraft.
- Parking will include a multi-level facility for 400 cars and open parking for 200 vehicles. The complex will also have a 500-kilowatt solar plant and 33 electric-vehicle charging points.
