Because of "IIT" it is a growing area. 3 or 4 Government Departments are also searching Land for their Projects. Narmda Water Line is also provided to "IIT". 7+ Picnic spots, water parks are also situated surrounding of Simrol. IDA is also planning to launching a project here. Because of "IIT" 5-6 K.M. of it's will be developed by the central Govt. Ramoji Film City is also got Land Here for their project.
In future it will be one of the best location of Indore and even Madhya Pradesh or In India.
So if any person invest here he will definitely get the best Return of his Property.
