Kaladhungi lies in the foot hills of Nainital and in the state high way of Ramnagar to Haldwani. It's beautiful place surrounded by Jim Corbett park area. Temperature is awesome whole year and also surrounded with industrial area. Here different places for tourist to visit i.e. Jim carebett museum, carbett fall , choti haldwani goan( developed by carbett) etc

Kaladhungi is a small town and central place for going to Rampur, Nainital, Haldwani, and other parts of Utarakhand. This place must be peaceful and worth for living and good for retired life. The overall climate is moderate which I had studied and I also think that I will settle here after my retirement if I got a small peace of land and if some villa is made which is very helpful on the way to Nainital Highway or Rampur Highway or any other highway connecting this.

Pros

• The weather seems to be good for the whole year.
• This small town seems to be peaceful and worth living for retired people.
• Due to no pollution the life is very easy and healthy.

Cons

• Incase of emergency medical help the patient have to shift to big town.
• Time constraints are there.
