Kakkanad is a place of ' India , capital of Ernakulam district , in the Indian state of Kerala . Simple village until the eighties , with the establishment of district offices, which previously were located in neighboring Ernakulam, Kakkanad has developed into a suburb of the city of Kochi

A new five-storey commercial complex with basement parking and 18,000 sq. ft. space will replace the 50-year-old facility in Kakkanad.

  • The plan was presented before the District Collector, GCDA and district panchayat officials, and members of the Thrikkakara municipal council.

  • The complex will have five storeys, including a basement, and 18,000 sq. ft. of total space.
