All apartments in this projects are semifurnished and comes with modular kitchen, Split Air conditioners in all rooms, Wardrobes in bedrooms with separate place for dressing. The projects provide good amenities like parks and rides for children and club,gym,swimming pool for adults.
The project is located in close proximity to Delhi on the left side of Noida Greater Noida Expressway . Tops schools are located in its close proximity too with a privilege of school bus dropping your children just outside your tower main gate which saves a lot of time and provides a sense of convenience and security too.
