Ivory County will have 2,372 total units developed in three phases over five years, spread across 28 acres divided into luxury and ultra-luxury dwelling areas known as 'Ivory County' and 'Ivory County Gold'. First phase offers 1,500 units, already sold out.

Investment of Rs 5,000 crore will be funded via self-funding and bank financing with expected sales realisation of Rs 7,500 crore approximately.
