Main business here is Hotels, Resorts, Cottage, Schools, Agriculture(Tea, Coffee, Cardamom, Pepper, Ginger, banana ) Most of the land are not sale-able without the permission of collector (which comes under TNPPF) But there are easy register-able few lands comes under Industries Type - II . These land are at high demand.

  • High business Opportunity, Moderate Climate, Tourist center
  • pollution less land
Cons
  • Most of the land should be sold with the permission of collector
  • Railway and Airport is 50 km away
