For apartments they are offering 2 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK apartments varying from 1000 Sq.ft - 1980 Sq.ft. while for plots they are offering plot sizes ranging from 120 Sq.yard - 200 Sq.yard. The township is covering 300 acres of land with 75% of green area. Peoples are mostly looking for all new modern amenities that they are expect from a builder like Gaursons are provided in this project like club house, large swimming pool, jogging track, kids playground, large garden area and Gymnasium. Gaur Yamuna City has a complete list of individual infrastructural support facilities like lakes, school, hospitals, shopping facility, golf course and 5 star hotels.
