This is a very nice integrated Township to invest in Hyderabad. This project is located very near to the prestigious project of Telangana State that is ITIR. The government has already allotted 50000 acres of land for this project, in that the major portion is on Srisailam Highway. The Srisailam High way is going to be the biggest IT Corridor of Telangana State. Nearly 55 lakhs people are having the employment in the next 5 years in this project. Even the promoters of Fortune Butterfly City have a Vision to provide 1 lakh employment in their Township. The company has nice vision and the work done in the project is showing the developments towards their vision. The company has built a Club house with 20000sft for their customers.
SBI Banks are providing loans for the buyers to purchase the plots and the independent houses. Company is offering EMI facility for their customers to buy plots. On the whole it is a nice project to invest and trust.
