It is a nice project. The best clubhouse building is luxurious and has huge space for amenities, including multiple banquets. It's the best area around, open from all four sides, with lush green belts attached from two sides. A metro is upcoming on your doorstep. It has everything your kids and your parents need.

This is a luxurious and beautiful residential society located in a very peaceful location.

Greater Noida West, with over 200 high-rise societies and 900,000 people, opened a new police post in Sector 3 on Friday. The Aster Sector 3 police post covers sectors 2 and 3, serving high-rise societies Eros Sampoornam, Nirala Aspire, Patwari village, and at least ten schools. It is the tenth police post in the area, under Bisrakh police station jurisdiction. The post was built in response to resident complaints about theft incidents. Previously, a small tin-sheet booth served as the sole police post, deemed unsuitable for personnel. The new facility provides round-the-clock working conditions with resting rooms, located five kilometers from Bisrakh police station. It was constructed through public-private partnership with Aster International School in Sector 3. Gautam Budh Nagar police had requested the state government sanction two additional police stations; response is awaited.
