Era Skyville is a project which is in a confused state right now. Confused because right now the Project approvals, Final layout etc, is not there and company is giving no definite answer to present customers. Location is very good and that is the only reason investors are still hanging on. Era might be a listed company with lots of Infra projects but for this project the team is a "Lala type Team" with no professionalism and no communication respect. Unless you have a long term view and have an elephant's patience this is not a project for you.
