Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties has launched "Station 1", an interactive theme-based shopping mall at Plot No. 1, Sector 12, Mathura Road, Faridabad.

According to S. K. Garg, Chairman, Eldeco Group, "This mall will have the contours of a classic steam engine to ensure greater visibility. Frequent events, promotions and shopping festivals will offer round-the-year attractions."

Besides its engine-like shape that will let out steam, whistle and hoot at regular intervals, the mall interiors will have a distinctly station-like ambience. Its various levels will be named ‘Platforms'.

This five-storeyed mall will have a total area of 1.5 lakh sq metres. It will have several segments like a Kid's Zone, Shopping Zone, Food Court and Entertainment Section. The Kid's Zone will include an Indoor Amusement Park, Cartoon Theatre, Toy Train, Play Zone, etc. The Entertainment section will have a three-screen, two-level multiplex with seating capacity of 850. It will also boast of a nightclub with discotheque.

The mall proposes to have approximately 250 outlets. The project is expected to be complete within two years.

Flooring:- The flooring in ‘Eldeco Station 1’ has purely polished granite/vitrified tiles in common areas, staircases, lift lobbies.

Doors & Windows:- The doors & windows have Aluminum & glass glazing for show windows & doors.

Shop fronts:- The shop fronts at ‘Eldeco Station 1’ are provided with dense perforated shutters.

Fully Air-conditioned:- The Complex is fully air-conditioned.

Fire Fighting system:- The complex has a fire fighting system with smoke detectors internal wet risers, fire extinguishers, automatic sprinkler system, break glass unit and alarms.

Electrical System:- Uninterrupted Power Supply with 100% Power Backup, DG sets of international standard electrical wiring and outlets, separate metering for each Shop.
