Sanjay Singh, a resident of Eldeco Green Meadows, Sector P1, fell into a 5-foot-deep concrete drain with a broken cover in the Jagat Farm area on Sunday evening. The cover was obscured by dry leaves and broken pillars. Singh remained trapped for nearly 10 minutes in dirty water before a passing family rescued him. The incident occurred in a service area near a market.
