Civitech is one of the Builders who have completed their Project Sampriti, although a little later than promised, while many are still incomplete, in the area! They have delivered on all promised items and are reliable Bulders/ Developers. I wish them all success with their next Project, Stadia!

• Every item in Check List is present in the delivered Flat!
• Reasonable good Construction and Fittings Quality

Cons

• Rental value could be better
• In competition with their own next Project, Stadia!

If you want to buy a property then go for any developer but Civitech. Just an advice. In case you want to know actual feedback, take it from the residents of Civitech Florencia (first project of this builder) in Vaishali area. The owner of this company, Subodh Goel, does not listen to any consumer complaints. Residents of this society are crying due to what he did to them.
