Chandra Nagar is the fastest growing commercial and residential hub in Palakkad. The new flyover being built for travel between Coimbatore and Trichur on the national highway will reduce congestion in this area and improve mobility. Most banks have either branches or ATMs here and schools, colleges, hospitals, supermarkets and other places of interest are easily accessible in a 5km radius. Residential communities are tucked away which eliminates sound and noise pollution.

Chandra Nagar is the best and good residential colony in Palakkad. Very good neighbourhood and very calm area but easily reachable to Market and the heart of the City.
