Brigade Group signed a joint development agreement for a 0.4-million-square-foot luxury residential project on four acres in Kurubarahalli, Mysuru.

Brigade Group signed a Joint Development Agreement to build about 0.4 million sq ft of luxury residences in Kurubarahalli, Mysuru, with a gross development value of ₹300 crore. The project will cover four acres next to JW Golf Club Mysuru and overlook Chamundi Hills. It will include large units, including penthouses, and premium amenities.

The project adds to Brigade Group’s Mysuru residential portfolio of more than 25 projects, including Brigade Symphony, Brigade Topaz, Brigade Mountain View, Brigade Palmgrove, Brigade Splendour, Brigade Citadel and Brigade Solitaire.

Brigade’s pipeline for the next year totals about 13 million sq ft across Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, including 11 million sq ft of residential projects.
