Expert Reviews on Brigade Gateway
The facilities at brigade gateway are poor, although builders claim of world class amenities. I would specifically talk about facilities for various employees working at WTC. The lift is poor. Also there is no announcement for the floor no. and it is impossible for a visually challenged person to use lift independently. Also lifts take a lot of time to come. During peak hours only two lifts are operational and they take around 10 minutes to come. So much for the world class amenities.
Now about hospitality. If an employee forgets company ID he is asked is call is manager or any peer to identify him. The facility could just not follow standard process of accepting any other Government ID Proof. That's just not good enough for them.
Now it is more than one month since one entrance gate is closed. I don't understand why? Every employee has to use only one gate available.
I can't comment on the flats that are built by brigade, but seeing that they can't provide facility to a corporate client, I fail to understand how one single owner would be able to take them.
