Bogadi is one of the well Developing area in Mysore, because its located in West of Mysore which is very near to IT Hubs & Industrial area, so the price appreciation will be more [2 Times more] compared to east of Mysore. From City center it is hardly 7 to 9 km.

Pros:
  • Very near to IT Hubs & Industrial area
  • Affordable to maximum buyers
Cons:
  • Distance from Bus stand & Railway station is 7.5 km & 8.5 Km respectively.

The Layout is around 8 km from Mysore Palace & Mysore Bus Stand, around 7 km from Mysore Railway Station, around 15 km from Mysore Airport,4 kms from Mysore University and 3 kms from Ring Road Junction.
