Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru has become an expensive residential corridor, with 2BHK apartments now priced equal to 3BHK flats in North Bengaluru, driven by IT employment and metro infrastructure.

Average property prices in Sarjapur Road increased 79% to ₹10,800 per square foot in June 2025 from ₹6,050 per square foot in 2021. Prices rose 87% in five years from ₹5,000 per square foot in 2020 to ₹10,300 in 2025. Current apartment prices range ₹10,200–₹11,000 per square foot, with higher-end pockets reaching ₹12,000 per square foot. 2BHK apartments cost ₹80 lakhs–₹1.5 crores for 600–1,200 square feet.
