Pink City Developers Pvt. Ltd. filed a complaint on February 4 at Bhankrota police station against local farmers Laduram, Sunderlal, Tarachand and Gopal (residents of Sanganer area), and related parties including Ganesh Saini, Annu Devi, Kaushalya Devi, Guddi Devi, Manbhar Devi, Lali Devi and Sita Devi.

Disputed property: Approximately 6.29 hectares in village Jaisinghpura Bas Bhankrota, tehsil Sanganer, covering multiple khasra.

Allegations: Farmers allegedly subdivided and secured mutation of land parcels without lawful transfer from the company, executed internal transfers and relinquishment deeds to consolidate ownership, illegally occupied portions, obtained mutation entries in revenue records, and facilitated family member transfers to strengthen their claims.

Developer alleges collusion with Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) officials and seeks criminal investigation, prosecution for illegal mutation and land grabbing, land restoration, and restraint on further transactions.

The Rajasthan High Court (Justices Indrajit Singh and Vinod Kumar Bharwani) held a hearing on the delay in constructing the Bhankrota flyover on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway. The court directed NHAI to complete the project by April 1, 2025, without further delays. NHAI officials had requested a three-month extension, which was firmly rejected. The flyover was originally scheduled for completion between July and August. The court noted that incomplete construction has caused hours of traffic congestion with no concrete steps taken for vehicle diversions. The court expressed strong discontent over encroachment on the highway and demanded the 48-metre width be maintained with service roads kept free of obstructions. NHAI must submit a detailed action plan for traffic diversion within two weeks. The contractor had been assigned six flyovers on the Jaipur-Ajmer highway; five are completed and operational, with Bhankrota remaining under construction. Advocates noted that of 10 flyovers NHAI initiated on the route, two on the Jaipur side remain unfinished. NHAI and Jaipur Development Authority must submit an affidavit regarding the width and encroachments on Kamala Nehru Nagar flyover by February 17.

• Rajdarbar Pink City Developers Pvt Ltd filed a complaint with the Rajasthan Lokayukta on January 7, 2026.
• It alleges collusion by revenue officials and illegal partition of prime agricultural land in Sanganer tehsil, Jaipur district.
• The complaint seeks an impartial probe and cancellation of a partition order dated February 23, 2021.
• The land is in Jaysinghpura Bas, Bhankrota village, and measures 6.29 hectares.
• Khasra numbers mentioned: 825, 826, 827, 828, 829, 830/1108, 840/1110, 841/1111.
• The company says it bought an undivided half share on April 25, 2005.
• It alleges co-owners of the remaining half share got the partition done without its consent and contrary to the original understanding.
• The complaint says the Tehsildar of Sanganer had no authority to carry out the partition in that manner.
• It claims the company was left with landlocked, unusable portions and that other co-sharers were favoured.
• It also alleges original khatedars sold parts of the land to third parties, who built without permissions or leases from the Jaipur Development Authority (JDA).
• The complaint says JDA’s enforcement wing has not acted against these unauthorised constructions.
• Relief sought includes seizure and demolition of all unauthorised constructions on the khasra numbers, setting aside the partition order, and action against the officials concerned.

Residents near the Heerapura terminal raised concerns about worsening traffic after the state government decided to begin operations on August 1. They fear buses will add pressure to already congested service lanes near the Bhankrota and Kamla Nehru Nagar flyovers and their underpasses. Under the traffic plan, buses travelling from Jaipur towards Ajmer will use the side lanes.
