Anchor Park developer is out for making quick buck & is very unreliable . There are more than three dozen flat owners who have paid the full amount but are waiting for months on end for getting possession of the flat . Neither the developer Anchor Realty nor the marketing agent Indiabulls Distribution are responding to buyers repeated please for possession . Better to keep away from project related to the developer Anchor Realty & distribution co.

Anchor Park is situated in Vasai a suburban town north of Mumbai which is a part of Vasai-Virar city . All the home buyers have made the payment to the developer via the marketing company for the entire agreement value but are still to receive the possession of the flat even 3 months after the final payment has been done . Even though the developer has given the possession letter to all the buyers they are refusing to give the keys. The reasons cited by developer for not handing over the keys are :
1) The marketing co.has not transferred the final installment that the buyers have made in the escrow a/c to them
2) The developer contends that there are interest payable by the buyers for supposed delayed payment but is refusing to clarify the same with us .
When we met the marketing co. with above queries their response was that they have transferred the amount to developer & there are no dues & that they have received no details about any delayed interest from the developer .
Both the developer & marketing co. are passing the buck on each other & are not ready to sit together & resolve the issue. The marketing company contends that their part was only to sell the flat's & thereafter if we have any problem we need to approach the developer ,whereas the developer contends that they do not deal directly with home buyers & deal only with marketing company & whatever grievances that the buyers have ,they need to approach the marketing co. We would like to request you if you could in anyway highlight our issue or suggest some help whereby we can resolve the issue & get possession of our flats .
