If you are an upper middle class person who wants to live in secure, clean, peaceful and disciplined life, AWHO's Vivek Vihar, Sector 82, NOIDA colony is your best bet. The gentry is superb and the place is well maintained. As the property was initially developed for Armed Forces personnel, you will mostly meet educated and cultured people. Of late, civilians are also allowed to buy and rent properties there. Nearly 90% residents welcome this move because of practical reasons, though the remaining 10% are worried that it will dilute the sophisticated feel of the place. If you are a cultured person yourself, you will be welcomed with open arms. If you have come across money recently and generally believe in having your way without using your brains, it is better to skip the property. Unfortunately, Delhi is full of the noveau rich, whereas this is a quiet but powerful network where people follow rules.
There is plenty of space for parking for guests as well as dedicated parking space for residents. The colony also has a lot of facilities that you can enjoy without paying an arm and a leg. They have a massive club house, swimming pool, gym and all of it is functional. There are ATMs and a mini market where you can buy your daily needs without having to go far. The nearest metro station is under 2KM.
