Manapakkam is the best place to live away from city traffic, but near to important place such Airport, Trade center, school, IT office, hospital etc

Manapakkam is an ideal location having land area with independent homes. Floodwaters came on roadways, but not on this higher foundation home but it was a run off within 24 hours.

Manapakkam over the years has grown to be a combination of offices on the mount Poonamalee Road and quiet and peaceful residential colony just behind the main road with some greenery thanks to the OTA and Airport. Very breezy pollution free area with mountains on either side and Adyar river flowing. River-view Colony is especially a pleasant place due to its security and elite neighborhood. Markets for daily needs, Malls, theaters and proximity to several Schools. Predominant in style working class gentry.
