Sunguvar chatram is now a trending place to buy a plot on NH4 area,where most of the viceand brilliant people who had a future vision on the investment are owing their in a surrounding of the locality. one of the main reason of improvement is international project greenfield airport in Chennai

Located 9kms West of Sriperumbudur on the Chennai Bengaluru National Highway, Sunguvarchatram is a small town which is on the border of an industrial area dotted with huge multinational companies like Nokia, Dell, Samsung, Motorola, Caparo, Flextronics, Saint-Gobain and several more.
Also located here is a wholesale vegetable and fruits market which is quite old.
Right now Sunguvarchatram happens to be located at a hub of two highways, The NH4 Chennai Bengaluru Highway as well as the SH120 Walajabad - Keelacheri State Highway.

Greenfield airport will be constructed very soon near the place, only 11km. So this place will get high appreciation in the future. Also avail in major SIPCOT (State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamilnadu) in Tamilnadu like Irrungadukottai, Sriperumdur, Oragadam sipcots.
